Rally Beads Bracelets, created by Lisa Blaber with her good friend and business partner Helene Delaney, tell an important story that is metaphorically and stylishly full circle.  With a degree in marketing, a life-long love for and interest in design and a conviction that each of us can make a difference in the world, Lisa sees Rally Beads as the perfect expression of what she loves to do,  and how she loves to do it—which is to say, all in.  She learned everything she could about the beads and their mystical meanings; polished up her design skills, mastered the nuances of creating a brand identity and got stringing.  The bracelets that emerged were more than just beautiful but a real way to support and celebrate what is important, and to give back to organizations and causes that are especially meaningful and that she has long supported. The name itself speaks to Lisa’s outlook on life.  With almost twenty years of cheering on her daughters—and her family, friends and neighbors, and community—at horse shows, regattas, soccer games and track meets, and through every kind of challenge in all sorts of arenas—Lisa gave Rally Beads a name, a purpose and a passion.

On any given day, co-founder Helene Delaney can be found doing a little bit of everything at Rally Beads: design, sales and customer service and her favorite part— creating unique and beautiful bracelets one bead at a time. Each bracelet truly is a labor of love and Helene likes nothing more than creating a a one-of-a-kind piece for someone to give or to keep for herself.  While jewelry design is a professional leap from where she started—a degree in economics and a job with a big insurance company—making beautiful bracelets has become a passion and a natural progression for someone who has always been committed to making a positive difference. She and Lisa have always been kindred spirits, having met—and becoming fast friends--when they had daughters in kindergarten.  Soon they began collaborating on everything from neighborhood parties for dozens of friends to galas for hundreds of people to raise money and awareness for cancer, for children and families in Camden and for their community.  For Helene, a mother of three, community service is all in a day’s work, having always been willing to roll up her sleeves and getting the job done. Rally Beads extends her reach—beautiful beads paired with inspirational words and symbols designated for local charities; bracelets that offer words of encouragement or congratulations; each one tells a story,  embodies positive energy that you can wear on your wrist.

Meet Jen Evers-Peter our Mala necklace designer.  Combining her love of yoga and design she has created beautiful handmade Mala necklaces to compliment her existing art career. Living at the Jersey shore, Jen loves all things outdoors and finds her inspiration in the salty windswept landscapes that surround her. She uses the process of making the Mala necklaces as a sort of meditation practice and hopes that the customer feels her love and positive intention in each of the custom pieces she creates.  Her favorite gemstone is Amazonite, reminding her of all the colors of the ocean and crisp summer sky.

Melanie PackMeet Melanie Pack our photographer whose unique perspective, attention to detail and commitment to helping small businesses is evident in the beautiful photos she has taken of Rally Beads bracelets. With a degree in graphic design and in art education, and more than 13 years in the non–profit world as a creative director, Melanie launched a small photography studio in 2012, wanting to work with small businesses and non profits so her photographs could make a big impact.  A self described farm girl from West Virginia, Melanie now resides near Lancaster PA, with her husband and two small children.  Photography is a way for her to do something she loves every day, to use her training as an artist and express herself through her camera’s lens. Her favorite bracelet is blush quartz with a charm that says “Cherish”; the calm colors of the stones and its simple message appeal to her artistic eye.
